0603 SMD LED production process:

Attach die to pcb with silver paste>curing the die with heat>Bond metallic wire between die and pcb>Package the LED with resin>Cutting the LEDs from pcb>Using machines to categorize the binning(brightness and color) into reels

0603 SMD LED features:

0603 LED is smaller package with high performance

More flexibility in design thanks to its size

View angle:120°

Blue & green use: InGaN

Yellow & Red use: AlGaInP

Also available for 0.4mm & 0.6mm & 0.8mm Height
