0805 SMD LED production process:

Attach die to pcb with silver paste>curing the die with heat>Bond metallic wire between die and pcb>Package the LED with resin>Cutting the LEDs from pcb>Using machines to categorize the binning(brightness and color) into reels

0805 SMD LED features:

0805 LED is smaller package with high performance

More flexibility in design thanks to its size

Blue & green use: InGaN

Yellow & Red use: AlGaInP

Available for 0.8mm & 1.1mm Height
