Production process:
Attach die to pcb with silver paste>curing the die with heat>Bond metallic wire between die and pcb>Package the LED with resin>Cutting the LEDs from pcb>Using machines to categorize the binning(brightness and color) into reels

Features:
●Side view LEDs can be used in back-lighting application
●High luminous intensity
●Blue & green use: InGaN
●Yellow & Red use: AlGaInP

●VS 7xF8: 1.7 x 1.1 x 0.6mm; 130° view angle; 20mA

●VS 7xG8: 2.1 x 1.0 x 0.6mm; 130° view angle; 20mA
●VS 7xC8: 2.7 x 1.3 x 1.2mm; 120° view angle; 20mA
●VS 7xA8: 3.0 x 1.5 x 1.0mm; 100° view angle; 20mA
